Shipping Policy

USA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

The average USA shipping time is 5-9 business days via USPS. 

The average international shipping time is 5-15 business days. 

FULFILLMENT TIME:

We understand you are excited to receive your order, and so are we! However, we do ask that you allow up to 1-2 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment. Each order is hand-picked by one of our amazing warehouse team members and goes through a quality control inspection. All items are packaged and boxed then placed into shipping envelopes preparing the journey to you.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving this email, please check your spam folder first or visit our FAQs for additional help.

It is important to note some orders may require additional information from our shipping team in regard to address and/or payment confirmation. Please check your inbox for any follow-up emails after your order is placed, to ensure your request is processed. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer worldwide shipping for all orders. For orders to be shipped outside of the United States you shall be responsible for any applicable customs duties/taxes as the case may be.

Standard International shipping may take 7-20 business days.

Due to COVID-19 Delays, Australian orders can expect an additional 1-2 weeks of customs processing. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience.

DELAYED PACKAGE:

We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues which are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regard to reshipments, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability. 

In the event a package has been lost, missing, or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be subject to investigation and will be reshipped if confirmed the package was not delivered. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: info@nobleaccents.com with your order number. 


Noble Accents will not be held responsible for parcels that are stolen, lost, or delayed in transit, as well as parcels with incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please validate the shipping address before placing an order.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND DUTIES:

Customs taxes, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note these charges differ based on country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.
